At CUECHÉ, each piece is made to order , meaning we don't keep it in stock. Once you place your order, we begin handcrafting it just for you. For more information, please review the Purchasing Process .
The usual manufacturing time is 5 to 10 business days , although this may vary during periods of high demand. We will send an email confirming your order and another when it has shipped.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the manufacturing process will have already begun and cancellation will no longer be possible.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We currently ship to Spain, all EU countries, England, Switzerland, and Norway . If you have any questions about your destination, please contact us at info@cueche.shop .

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Yes, for non-personalized products, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Customized products cannot be returned , in accordance with article 103.c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Yes. Returns due to withdrawal have a fee of €5 (price for Spain), which will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns due to errors or defects in the product are free .
