At CUECHÉ, every piece is made to order, which means we do not hold stock. Once you complete your purchase, we begin crafting it by hand just for you. For more information, please visit our Purchasing Process page.
The standard production time is 5 to 10 business days, although this may vary during peak seasons. We will send you an order confirmation email and another one once your item has been shipped.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the manufacturing process will have already begun, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We currently ship to Spain, all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. If you have questions about your destination, feel free to write to us at info@cueche.shop.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check its status.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes, for non-personalized products, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Customized products cannot be returned , in accordance with article 103.c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Yes. Returns due to withdrawal have a cost of €5 (price for Spain), which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returns due to an error or a defective product are free of charge.
