We'll guide you step-by-step through choosing materials and colors, exploring the different possibilities. We can also send you digital samples of combinations so you can choose more confidently.
Step 4:
Confirmation and manufacturing
Once all the details of your bag are finalized, we'll send you a design summary and the final price.
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we'll begin manufacturing. Production time is between 2 and 4 weeks. We'll keep you informed at all times so you can experience the process with us.
Step 5:
Receive it at home
We'll send your personalized bag to your home, carefully packaged, ready to last for years to come.

Since customization options vary from model to model, once you choose yours, we'll let you know what options are available.
Currently, our customization service is only available for new bags manufactured by Cueché. We do not offer modifications or customizations on existing bags.
Yes, once the details of your bag are finalized, we'll send you a design brief for your approval before manufacturing begins. This ensures the final result meets your expectations.

Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we begin manufacturing your bag. Production time is between 2 and 4 weeks (it may be longer on certain dates). In any case, we will provide you with the most accurate estimate possible and keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Since personalized bags are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Therefore, it's important to review and confirm all details before finalizing your order.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email to info@cueche.shop with a photo of the defect and your order number, and our team will be happy to help you find the best possible solution.
Because bags are personalized and begin production shortly after the order is confirmed, we can only accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to verify if cancellation is possible.
