Select colors and materials
We will guide you step-by-step in choosing the materials and colors, exploring all the possibilities together. We can also provide digital mockups of different combinations to help you decide with confidence.
Step 4:
Confirmation and crafting
Once every detail of your bag is defined, we will send you a design summary and the final price.
After the order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin the crafting process. Production time ranges between 2 and 4 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the journey so you can experience the process alongside us.
Step 5:
Receive it at home
We will ship your custom bag directly to your door, packaged with care and ready to accompany you for years to come.

Since customization options vary from model to model, once you choose yours, we'll let you know what options are available.
Currently, our customization service is only available for new bags manufactured by Cueché. We do not offer modifications or customizations on existing bags.
Yes, once the details of your bag are finalized, we'll send you a design brief for your approval before manufacturing begins. This ensures the final result meets your expectations.

We'll be happy to advise and guide you through every step of the process.
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we begin manufacturing your bag. Production time is between 2 and 4 weeks (it may be longer on certain dates). In any case, we will provide you with the most accurate estimate possible and keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Since personalized bags are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Therefore, it's important to review and confirm all details before finalizing your order.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email to info@cueche.shop with a photo of the defect and your order number, and our team will be happy to help you find the best possible solution.
Because bags are personalized and begin production shortly after the order is confirmed, we can only accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible to verify if cancellation is possible.
