Since I was a child, crochet has been my form of expression. I grew up surrounded by expert hands: shoemakers, dressmakers, knitters… Creating fashion was part of my environment, and over time, it became part of my essence. What began as a childhood game with thread and needles transformed into a conscious search to create something different.

I didn't identify with traditional crochet bags: too soft, too summery. I felt crochet deserved something more. That's how I discovered leatherwork, a new language that allowed me to combine what I loved most: the warmth of crochet and the structure of leather.
