At CUECHÉ, every piece is carefully handcrafted once an order is placed. We do not carry stock; instead, we create each item individually to ensure you receive a product made exclusively for you. Below, we outline how our purchasing process works.

1. Made to Order

All items in our online store feature pre-set designs, meaning the final product will match the model shown. The unique aspect of our brand is that each piece is made to order upon purchase confirmation.

• Production Time: Estimated between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the model and current workload.

• High Demand: During peak seasons, these deadlines may be extended. If so, we will notify you via our website or email.

• Our Commitment: This "made to order" system reflects our dedication to conscious and sustainable fashion. We believe in ethical, limited production and a zero-waste policy to reduce our carbon footprint.

2. Customized products

We also offer the option to customize your bag. While the structure and shape of the design remain the same, you can choose the colors for the exterior leather, interior lining, and fabric cord.

• Lead Times: Custom orders may require a longer production period.

• Variations: Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, minor variations may occur, making every piece truly unique.

3. Order confirmation and tracking

Once your purchase is complete:

1. You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

4. Payment methods

We accept secure payments via credit card, PayPal, and other platforms available at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure gateways to guarantee the safety of your data.

5. Shipping

Once manufactured, your order will be shipped to the address provided. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery times and conditions.

6. Cancellations

Because our products are made exclusively for you, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order (for both standard and custom items). After this period, the order enters the production phase and cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns

• Personalized Products: Returns due to withdrawal are not accepted, in accordance with Article 103.c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

• Non-Personalized Products: You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days. Please see our Returns Policy for details on costs and procedures.
