Purchasing Process

At CUECHÉ , each piece is handcrafted with care and dedication after receiving each order. We don't work with stock: we make our creations one by one so you receive a product made exclusively for you. Below, we explain how our purchasing process works.

1. Our products are made to order

All the items we offer in our online store are pre-designed and finished, meaning what you buy is exactly what you will receive. The unique feature is that they are made to order , once we receive confirmation of purchase.

• The estimated production time is between 5 and 10 business days , depending on the model and the volume of work.
• In high-demand campaigns, these deadlines may be extended. In this case, we will inform you on the website or by email.

This "made to order" system reflects our commitment to conscious and sustainable fashion. We believe in ethical and limited production. Therefore, we manufacture to order, maintaining a zero-waste policy and reducing our carbon footprint.

2. Customized products

You also have the option of customizing your own bag. In this case, the structure, design, and shape of the model remain unchanged, as an existing design is chosen and the color customizations (exterior leather, interior leather, and fabric cord) are applied.

These types of orders may involve a longer production lead time.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to individual monitor settings. Additionally, due to the handmade nature of each piece, there may be slight variations that make each product unique.

3. Order confirmation and tracking

Once you complete your purchase:

• You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
• When your piece is finished and shipped, you'll receive another email with the tracking number.

4. Payment methods

We accept secure payments via credit card , PayPal , and other payment platforms available in our online store. All payments are processed through secure gateways that guarantee the security of your data.

5. Shipping

Once the product is manufactured, we will ship it to the address indicated in your order. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and conditions.

6. Cancellations

Since all of our products are made exclusively to order, we accept cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order , for both standard and custom products.
After this period, the order enters the production phase and cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns

• For personalized products, returns due to withdrawal are not accepted , in accordance with article 103.c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
• For non-personalized products, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days. See our Returns Policy for details, costs, and procedures.
