Returns and Exchanges Policy - Brutta Concept

At CUECHÉ, each piece is carefully crafted by hand, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, we detail our exchange and return policy.

Purchases made in person during the pop-up at Brutta Concept are governed by this specific policy, adapted to the nature of physical sales, in addition to the regulations in force in Spain.

Changes

We accept product exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase in the pop-up .

To make the change, you need to:

  • Present the ticket or proof of purchase .
  • The item must be in perfect condition , with no signs of use and its original label intact.

You can make the change by:

  • Another product of equal or greater value ( difference to be paid ),
  • Or for a voucher with no expiration date to use in the online store or at future pop-ups .

Refunds

Because it is a face-to-face sale, no refunds of the amount paid are made , except in express cases of defective product or sales error, in accordance with the consumer regulations applicable in Spain.

Defective products

If the product has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item has been delivered:

  • An exchange for an equivalent product will be accepted.
  • Or a refund will be processed on an exceptional basis.

How to request an exchange or refund

Since the pop-up is temporary and we will not be physically present after its completion:

Write to us at info@cueche.shop indicating:

  • Name and surname
  • Purchase date
  • Product purchased
  • Option chosen: change or voucher

We will send you a free shipping label to send us the product.

Shipping and packaging

To ensure the product arrives in perfect condition:

  • It should be sent well protected , preferably in a rigid box .
  • It must retain its original packaging .
  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition .

Cueché is not responsible for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are free and covered by Cueché using the provided label.

General conditions

For the item to be accepted in the exchange or return process:

  • It must be unused and without any noticeable signs of use.
  • You must keep its original packaging and all its identification.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Customized products

Any personalized or custom-made product will not be eligible for exchange or return, as it has been made specifically for you.
